PG Documents Necessary

Documents to be uploaded at the time of application -

(i) Scanned Signature and recent colour passport size photograph [10KB-50KB each,JPG]

(ii) Age proof document (Birth certificate/Admit card of Madhyamikor10^thclass

Examination certificate  showing date of birth/etc.) – [100KB-150KB,JPG]

(iii) H.S mark sheet [100KB-150KB,JPG]

(iv)Upload the mark sheets ( 1^st Semester to 5^th semester for the students whose 6^th semester result is awaited  and 1^st Semester to 6^th semester for passed out students )

(v) Caste/EWS certificate [100KB-150KB,JPG]

The following documents have to be brought by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of physical verification

1. Print out of the online filled in application form to be submitted at the time of verification.
2. Self-attested photo copies of all the Mark sheets of Examinations passed (10th onwards), University Registration Certificate and a Passport Size coloured photograph affixed in the box provided in the Form.
3. Self-attested photo-copy of the Admit Card/ Certificate of H.S. or equivalent /Madhyamik as evidence of the date of birth.
4. Self-attested photo-copy of SC/ ST/ OBC-A/ OBC-B/ differently-abled certificate (/s) issued by the appropriate authority.
5. Self-attested photo-copies of the Certificate of Games & Sports/ Cultural Competition (International/National/ State in the last two years), for those applying under respective quota.
6. Migration Certificate (for other university candidates only) must be submitted within two months.
7. Print out of the admission receipt
8. ABC-ID Certificate
9. Self-attested EWS certificate issued by competent authority

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1. The PG courses offered by the Institution are self-financed
2. Once the candidate admitted in any course may transferred or cancelled his admission in any self-financing course, the admission fees will be not refunded or adjusted.
3. Application form, if not properly filled in and accompanied with attested copies documents as stated above, is liable to be cancelled.
4. All admissions are provisional and the admitted candidates are required to produce all originals of uploaded certificates, Mark sheets and testimonials for physical verification. Candidate or his/her authorized person is to be present at the time physical verification as and when notified.
5. The physical verification of testimonials & other documents for provisionally admitted students will be held in the concerned departments by the appropriate bodies when students will be asked to report for their offline classes in the Campus
6. If at any stage, it is found that a candidate has concealed, suppressed or distorted any information/fact, in the application form, her admission to the college, if granted, shall stand cancelled.
7. Admission will be cancelled if the original documents are not found in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted online.
