APPLICATION PROCEDURE

(i)The applicants will fill up Application Form only through online portal

(http://rnlkwc.ac.in) for admission to PG courses for the session 2024-25.

 

(ii) The submission of online application fees (non-refundable) is Rs. 400/- for all category of students.

 

(iii) The students will fill up the prescribed application form with the personal details and academic details

 

(iv) The students whose 6^th semester mark sheet is awaited will have to upload the 6^th semester mark sheet and SGPA (6^thsem )after publication of  6^th semester result.

 

(E) DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION

(i) Scanned Signature and recent colour passport size photograph [10KB-50KB each,JPG]

(ii) Age proof document (Birth certificate/Admit card of Madhyamikor10^thclass

Examinationcertificate  showing date of birth/etc.) – [100KB-150KB,JPG]

(iii) H.S mark sheet [100KB-150KB,JPG]

(iv)Upload the mark sheets ( 1^st Semester to 5^th semester for the students whose 6^th semester result is awaited  and 1^st Semester to 6^th semester for passed out students )

(v) Caste/EWS certificate [100KB-150KB,JPG]

 

(F) SELECTION AND ADMISSION PROCESS

(i)The selection will be made on the basis of merit.

(ii) Merit calculation will be notified later on.

 

(iii) As per latest order of the Govt. of West Bengal ,80% of total seats in each subject will be reserved for the students of Vidyasagar University& autonomous college(s) affiliated to Vidyasagar University and the rest 20% seats are open to all (including students of Vidyasagar University& autonomous college(s) affiliated to Vidyasagar University)

(vii) Reservation policy will be considered as per latest Govt. order.  The category wise percentage (%) of reserved seat is as follows: SC-22%, ST-6%, OBC-A-10%, OBC-B-7%. Fraction of 0.5% or more will be rounded to the next whole number.

(viii)3% of each category(Gen/SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B) will be reserved for differently-abled candidates. Merit list will be prepared on the percentage of disability. In case of non-availability of differently-abled candidate, the seat reserved for differently-abled candidates of the particular category will be converted to that Category only.

(ix) 1% of total seats of all PG courses are reserved as Sports/ Culture quota.
