Different activities of the students:

Field Survey: Every year Final year students  complete field survey on different physiological parameters like body weight, body height, body temperature, pulses rate, respiratory rates, blood pressure, hematological indices, etc from rural community people of West Bengal and exchange their theoretical knowledge to practical hands on practices.

Dietary and Community Survey: Every Year students undergo survey and assess the health status and dietary consumption of house hold in community like Muradanga, Murakata, Gopegarh and others places and with their own family.

Visit to Higher learning Centres: Every Year students visit different higher learning Institutes, Universities and research institute (AIIMS-New Delhi, IISC-Bangalore, DIPAS-New Delhi, NRI Medical College, MS Swaminathan Foundation-Chennai, Gitam University,Vidyasagar university etc.) for the enrichment of their knowledge .

Organized Health Check up Camp: Department of Physiology organized health camp for the students of our College and School students who participated in DST INSPIRE Science Camp-2012 and 2015.

Participation in the National Seminars:
a. Ten Students & Teachers participated in Seminar on 114th Birth Annual of NM BASU & Physiological meet Paskura Banamali College on 11th March, 2005

b. Twenty Four (24) students participated XIXth Annu. Conf. Physiol. Soc. Of  India(PSI) & 1st. SAAP Conference on 6-8th December, 2007, at Manav Rachana Educational Institutions, Faridabad Institute of Technology, Faridabad(Haryana).

c.Twenty Four (24) students participated in XIXth Annu. Conf. Physiol. Soc. Of  India(PSI) NRIH, Medical College Vijaywada 21-23 December 2011.

d. Four Students & Teacher participated & Presented postersin  UGC Sponsored National Seminar “Rural Health & Nutrition : Recent Trend & Monitoring” Department of Physiology Bajkul Milani Mahavidyalay20-21stJanuary 2012.

e. Seven Students & Teacher  participated & Presented posters  in  XXVIth Annu. Conf. Physiol. Soc. Of India(PSI), Department of Physiology &Zoology, Berhampore Girls’ College, Berhampore.19 - 21st December, 2014.

f. Eight Students & Four Teachers  participated & Presented posters  in  UGC Sponsored National Seminar on “Knowledge, Attitude & Practice (KAP) on food hygiene in rural community of West Bengal” Debra Thana Sahid Kshudiram Smriti Mahavidyalaya, 18th-19th, September,2015.

g. 150 Physiology Hons Students and all faculty members of the dept. participated in a special lecture on the “Plasticity of Brain” delivered by Prof. Nihar Ranjan Jana, National Brain Research Institute, Gurgaon on 7th Oct,15 in Rabindra Neer of our College.
