The goal of Raja Narendralal Khan Women's College Autonomous is to promote an ethical, respectful, and honest community. The values and norms that direct the conduct and relationships of every member of the college community are described in this Code of Ethics. Each member has a commitment to preserve and advance these ideals.The guidelines aim to:

  • Uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and integrity in all academic pursuit.
  • Avoid plagiarism, cheating, and other forms of academic misconduct.
  • Give credit to others for their ideas, work, and contributions.
  • Be truthful and transparent in all communications and interactions.
  • Refrain from making false statements, misrepresentations, or omissions of material information. Value and respect the diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and identities within the college community.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other attributes.
  • Treat all members of the college community with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that creates a hostile environment. Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions, whether with colleagues, students, or external partners.
  • Fulfil responsibilities and obligations with diligence and competence. Avoid conflicts of interest that could compromise impartiality or objectivity in decision-making or actions.
  • Disclose potential conflicts of interest promptly and seek guidance on resolution.
  • Respect individuals' right to privacy and confidentiality of personal information.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly and in accordance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Report any violations of this Code of Ethics to the appropriate college authority.
  • Cooperate with investigations and disciplinary processes as required.
