Research and Extension Activities
- The teachers and students of the Department work enthusiastically to assure the success of foundation day, sports day, to welcome guest and dignitaries in the institution as well as in the company office and the celebration of other days of importance through conducting rifle guard, march past etc. Apart from this students participate in various social awareness programme, seminar and attend various local, state and national level camps.
- Field survey, Firing practice are regularly arranged by the Department to provide wider exposure to the students.
- Field Visit on ‘ Know your Nature’ was organized on 2018 at gopegarh park in Midnapore. Students have submitted their field report on the basis of that said topic.
- Recently students have participated in the rifle guard to welcome the ADG of west Bengal and Sikkim Directiorate in the 6 Bengal (I) coy, NCC office.
